Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bedzyy. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order beds

  • Mattresses that have been opened or used

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or poor handling

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may ask for photos/videos as proof

  • If verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund

  • No additional return charges will apply for faulty items

4. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and address

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)

  • Use a trackable courier service to return the item

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete

6. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, please contact us immediately at:

We’ll do our best to cancel and issue a full refund before the item is shipped.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
