4. Order Confirmation

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery within the UK is usually within 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  • We deliver to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Bespoke or custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • In case of a fault or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may require photographic evidence and a description of the issue before processing a replacement or refund.

8. Warranties
